You can upgrade the Prisma AIRS AI Runtime: Network intercept image using the following methods:
- PAN-OS web interface
- PAN-OS CLI
- Panorama
A minimum of 14GB of memory is required to upgrade to PAN-OS version 12.2.2 from any
prior PAN-OS version. Any new installations or version upgrades to PAN-OS 12.2.2
performed on firewalls configured with memory less than 14GB will automatically
enter maintenance mode.
Download Image from Customer Support Portal
- Log in to the Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal.
- Select .
- In the Content type, search for PAN-OS for AI Runtime
Security.
- Select the Release type as Other.
- Download the image with the *.aingfw extension.
