    Resolve common issues with AI Skill Security scans, including scan failures, delayed results, and scans with no findings.

    Scan Failed
    If a scan does not complete before analysis begins, verify that the uploaded archive meets the following requirements:
    • Is a valid ZIP file
    • Contains exactly one skill
    • Includes exactly one SKILL.md file at the root level of the skill folder
    • Has name and description fields in the frontmatter of the SKILL.md file
    The following examples show correct and incorrect archive layouts.

    This archive does not complete because the markdown file is incorrectly named:

    Scan Taking Longer Than Expected
    Most scans complete within seconds, but additional analysis can take up to 5 minutes. Once a skill is scanned for the first time, subsequent scans of skills with the same fingerprint are nearly instant. If a scan remains in progress significantly longer than expected, refresh the page or start a new analysis.
    No Findings Detected
    A scan without findings indicates that no enabled security or governance rules were triggered for the uploaded skill. Review skills using your existing approval processes before deployment even when no findings are detected.
