Reset Administrator Authentication

As an Aperture Super Admin, you can reset the Authentication settings for any account except your own. To change your Authentication settings, another Super Admin must configure your account. If you are the only Super Admin and require reset, contact customer support to open a case. After reset, authentication must be set up again.
  1. Select SettingsAdmin Accounts.
  2. Click the Name of the administrator and select Reset MFA.
    If you do not see the Reset MFA link, you do not have the privilege necessary to modify the settings. When you successfully reset authentication, the administrator receives an email that includes a link to pair their device and setup their authentication.
