Reset Administrator Password

Administrators with the Super Admin role can reset the password for any administrator account. An administrator with the Admin role can reset the password only for other Admin role administrators and for administrators with the Limited Admin or Read Only role.
  1. Select SettingsAdmin Accounts.
  2. Click the Name of the administrator and Force Change Password.
    If you do not see the Force Change Password link, you do not have the privilege necessary to modify the settings. When you successfully reset a password, the administrator receives an email that includes a link to change their password.
