Unblock an Administrator

As an Aperture Super Admin, you can unblock any account except your own. To unblock your account, another Super Admin or customer support must unblock you. If you are the only Super Admin, contact customer support to open a case.
  1. Select SettingsAdmin Accounts
  2. Click the Name of the administrator and select Unblock User.
    If you do not see the Unblock User link, you do not have the privilege necessary to modify the settings. When you successfully unblock a user, the administrator receives an email that their account is unblocked.
