Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM) now extends its end-to-end application experience and performance monitoring capabilities beyond the SASE platform to next-generation firewalls (NGFWs) for a more comprehensive view into your users’ digital experience.

Now, if you have users connecting to an NGFW with a GlobalProtect Gateway installed, you can run synthetic tests from the NGFW to gain visibility into their experience on the device. This enables you to identify any performance issues arising from the NGFW and better target your remediation efforts.

To get started monitoring mobile user experience for NGFWs, associate your NGFW with the same tenant as ADEM and begin viewing experience data for your NGFWs in Strata Cloud Manager and Panorama .
