not connecting to the internet.
You may have turned off internet connectivity.
Verify that your device is configured
to connect to the internet.
Check your local router status and restart it if necessary.
Clicking on the notification opens the
Application
Experience
UI opens. It gives you more details about
the notification along with some suggestions to fix the stated problem.
The

link opens a time series
historical chart displaying the status of your Internet connection
during the last 3 hours. A slider bar placed at the right end of
the chart by default shows you the most recent status. Move your
mouse sideways on the chart across various points in time, to understand the
historical status of the active area. Depending on where you mouse
over and click in the chart, you can view the status and recommendation
that was indicated at that specific time within the 3-hour window.
The red dots indicate that a notification was sent to your device
at that time where the dot appears.
