Remove the Cloud Identity Agent

If you no longer need a Cloud Identity agent, remove it from your Cloud Identity Engine instance.
If you no longer need a Cloud Identity agent, you can remove it from your Cloud Identity Engine instance.
  1. Stop the connection to the Cloud Identity Engine.
    You must stop the connection between the agent and the Cloud Identity Engine before you can remove the agent.
  2. Uninstall the agent from the host server (
    Start
    Control Panel
    Programs and Features
    Cloud Identity Agent
    Uninstall
    ).
  3. Log in to the hub and select the Cloud Identity Engine instance that contains the agent you want to remove.
  4. Select
    Agents & Certificates
    .
  5. Confirm that the agent’s
    Status
    is
    Offline
    and
    Remove Agent
    .
    You can only remove an agent that is offline (the connection between the agent and the Cloud Identity Engine is not active). If the agent is not offline, the
    Remove Agent
    button is not available.
