Time Interval between User Notifications

If you are using the Strata Cloud Manager user interface, see the AI-Powered ADEM Administrator's Guide.
ADEM Self-Serve continuously monitors the end users

and
Internet
status. The user receives the notification if the CPU, memory or WiFi quality crosses the threshold set by the IT administrator.
CPU, memory, and WiFi
The notifications get sent only once in a thirty minute interval. Even if the CPU, memory, or WiFi continue to cross the threshold in the immediate 30 minutes following a notification, no additional notifications are sent until 30 minutes have gone by since the last notification was sent. The next time a notification gets sent is when the system crosses a threshold again.
For example, a notification gets sent at 10:00 am because the user’s device is consuming 98% of CPU power at the time. For the next 30 minutes, until 10:30 am, no notifications will be sent even though the user’s device may continue at over 95% CPU usage (which is the threshold for CPU notifications) or for that matter fluctuate between 70% - 95% of CPU usage which is below the threshold. After 30 minutes of the notification, at 10:30 am, if the CPU consumption is still above the threshold, ADEM will send another notification. If at 10:30 am the CPU consumption is less than the threshold, no notification will be sent. The next notification gets sent only if and when the user’s CPU consumption crosses the threshold again.
Internet
A notification gets sent when ADEM detects that the user’s internet is down. This notification is sent only once. It does not get sent again even though the internet outage continues for any period of time after that.
If the user is off-line for more than 24 hours and not connected to ADEM cloud service for any reason such as they shut down their device, or change their device, they will not get the notification again. The Self-Serve capability gets suppressed for that particular user's device. Once the user's device connects back to the ADEM cloud service, it will automatically get enabled again provided that Self-Serve is enabled on the portal.
