tenant, you can activate a standalone SaaS Security Posture license on
the same tenant. After you receive an email from Palo Alto Networks
identifying the SSPM license you are converting, click the email link
to begin the activation process. - SelectGet Started with SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM)in your email.
- You are automatically directed to, where you activate the subscription for your product.Common ServicesSubscription & Add-ons
- Select your existingTenantthat you use forPrisma Access:
- TheCustomer Support Accountis auto-populated with the same CSP that you use forPrisma Access.
- TheRegionis auto-populated with the same region that you use forPrisma Access.
- Agreeto the terms and conditions, andActivate.
- displays the status of the activation, such asCommon ServicesTenant Managementinitializingorcomplete.
- After the status iscomplete, you can launch SSPM from one of the following options.
