Add a User Role in the Child Tenant

Learn how to add a user role in the child tenant.
A parent tenant can add a user to operate in the child tenant environment. The permissions and access for this user will be determined by the child tenant.
  1. In the MSP Portal, select
    Manage
    System
    User Management
    .
  2. Click
    Add User
    .
  3. For
    Clients Administered
    , select a child tenant.
  4. Click the
    Role
    drop-down to select a role for the user.
    The roles are displayed based on the roles configured in the child tenant.If the user with the specific role is not configured in the child tenant, you will not be able to select a role from the
    Role
    drop-down.
  5. Click
    Done
    and then click
    Save
    .
