App Access

You use the Palo Alto Networks Cortex hub to access your Cortex apps.
Use the Cortex hub to access your Cortex apps. Anyone with a Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal account can log in to the hub, but you can't access an app from the hub until it has been activated, and you have the appropriate role assigned to you.
To log into the Cortex hub, you must have a Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal (CSP) account with one of the following roles: Super User, Standard User, or Limited User.
