To report an issue with the Traps app, your Support contact
may ask you to collect relevant version information and send logs.
When you use the Report a Problem feature, Traps collects the relevant
version information and logs and attaches them to an email which
you can send to your Support contact.
From the
Summary
page,
select the Traps menu at the top left.
Select
Settings
Reports
REPORT A PROBLEM

Select your preferred email client to use to send
the logs.
Provide additional details to help support understand
the issue or problem that you encountered and then send the email.
View the Traps app version.

The Traps
app displays the app and policy version.
