You can create new inventory asset entries for Cortex® Xpanse™ Expander-identified assets and add context from Cortex Xpanse Expander data to existing asset entries via a Configuration Management Database (CMDBs) integration.

This aligns with the Maintain Accurate Asset Inventory use case outlined in the Integration Use Cases, where Cortex Xpanse customers are continually integrating Cortex Xpanse Expander with IT and IT security systems that require an accurate source of truth of an organization’s public-facing assets.
