The Issues List View is the primary portal for working with issues and is divided into three sections.

  • Mini-dashboard—The mini-dashboard displays Issue counts to help track new, open, closed, unassigned and assigned-to-you Issues.
  • Search and Filter Bar—This section across the top of the page provides options to filter specific items and search for specific terms to narrow the number of Issues displayed on the
    Issues List
    .
  • Issues List—This section displays a list of Issues. You can sort the Issues list by column heading where applicable.
