Cortex® Xpanse™ prides itself on its customer support. Engagements that have an assigned Technical Account Manager (TAM) can work with that individual for onboarding, training, enablement, and ongoing support. Our TAMs are product and security experts and are a great resource to customers.
Getting support is essential for all users of Cortex Xpanse Expander and Cortex Xpanse Behavior. For interaction with the Cortex Xpanse team, Cortex Xpanse recommends there be a primary and secondary contact at the customer for direct interaction. This contact information will help the Cortex Xpanse Technical Account Manager (TAM) build a working relationship with the customer, and make sure that support requests and responses are expedited and not duplicated.
