Install a Content Pack Offline
Download Cortex XSOAR Marketplace Content Packs and then
upload offline to install on a machine without an internet connection.

Generally, you need an Internet connection
when using the
Marketplace
to download and
subscribe to content packs, as all of these services are in the
Cloud.However, if you do not have an Internet connection,
you can upload content packs offline. The Administrator downloads
the content pack to install, which are in zip format.
In ZIP
format, you can upload the following content items:
- Individual content pack
- Multiple content packs
- Anall packsZIP, which installs all content packs in a single upload operation. All content pack dependencies are included.
Before
you begin, it is recommended that you Configure the Marketplace for Offline Installation in order to
maximize performance.
- Navigate to the Cortex XSOAR Developer Hub.
- From the top navigation menu clickReference.
- From the left navigation panel, clickContent Release Notesand select a content release version.The list of releases is sorted by most recent.
- Navigate to theAssetssection at the bottom of the page and download the relevant ZIP file.
- Go toMarketplace, click
and then select Upload Content. - Select the content in ZIP format and clickOpen.
