GPC-24842	The PanGPA service restarts when you click 'Change Portal' after making 3 or more portal entries using the GlobalProtect UI.
GPC-23695	When GlobalProtect (GP) is connected in Hybrid mode with both tunnel and proxy enabled, disconnecting the tunnel and toggling the Wi-Fi on a captive portal network does not disable the proxy agent as expected. As a result, the captive portal is not detected, and the proxy connection remains active.
