Manage App Roles

The roles assigned to your account determine what you are able to do with any given app.

For a user in your organization to use an app, you must assign the proper roles to the user account.

These roles apply to apps only in the support account view of the hub. These are app instances that haven't yet transitioned to a tenant service group (TSG). Where Can I Find My Apps describes further information about TSGs, the available views of the hub, and how to manage roles for your TSG.
