Custom Role Creation and Management

Learn about using custom roles on the hub.
Predefined app roles may not always provide the exact level of access that your users need. For such cases, some apps allow you to create your own roles by selecting from a list of app-specific permissions. You can then assign these roles for app instances as you would assign predefined app roles.
Certain apps that support custom roles also allow you to directly assign permissions to users without needing to create a new role.
To assign custom permissions or to create, edit, and delete custom roles, you must have one of the common roles: Account Administrator, App Administrator, or Instance Administrator.
