model.

using the openconfig-hagroups model to familiarize yourself with
supported paths.
When using the openconfig-hagroups model:
Only active-passive mode is supported.
Preemptive Hold Time is defined in milliseconds.
LinkMonitorEnable is enabled by default.
ApPassingLinkState is set to auto by default.
