Log Collection and Troubleshooting for android Endpoints
When you experience unusual behavior, you can collect and share logs with your administrator for further troubleshooting
  1. Open the Prisma Access Agent app.
  2. Go to the Settings page by tapping the Settings icon.
  3. View connection statistics to see more information to help with troubleshooting.
  4. Under Troubleshooting, select Share Logs and click Download to download the log files locally to your device. You can share the logs with your administrators using mail or other preferred apps.
