Switch to a Different Project on Android

Switch to a different project on your Android device to access the network and organizational resources defined for that project.

If you are assigned to multiple projects, you can switch to a different project from the Prisma Agent settings page. The app retrieves the list of projects you are authorized to access and lets you select a new one. When you switch projects, Prisma Agent disconnects from your current project and reconnects to the newly selected project. Your network configuration, including DNS settings and traffic routing, updates automatically to match the new project.

If the project you want to switch to is on a different server, tap the server address under YOUR INFORMATION in Settings to enter a new server address before selecting the new project.

Open the Prisma Agent app.
Go to Settings by tapping the Settings icon.
Under YOUR INFORMATION, tap the project name to see the list of available projects.
Select the project you want to connect to from the list and tap Continue.

You must be assigned to the project you want to switch to. Contact your administrator if the project you need is not in the list.
Authenticate with your organization credentials in your device's default browser when it opens for SAML authentication.
After you authenticate, tap Open Prisma Access Agent in the browser when prompted to return to the app.

Prisma Agent disconnects from your current project and connects to the new project automatically. Your settings page updates to show the new project name under YOUR INFORMATION.
