    View Prisma Agent Settings on Android

    View your current project connection details and access troubleshooting options from the Prisma Agent settings page on Android.

    The Prisma Agent settings page shows your current connection information, including your username, the project you are connected to, and the server address. From the settings page, you can also switch to a different project or server, access connection statistics, and share logs with your IT administrator.
    1. Open the Prisma Agent app.
    2. Go to Settings by tapping the Settings icon.
      The YOUR INFORMATION section displays your email address, the project you are connected to, and your server address. Tap the project name or server address to switch to a different project or server.
    3. Under Preferences, tap Notification Controls to view and manage which background notifications you receive on your device.
    4. Under TROUBLESHOOTING, tap Connection Statistics to view live tunnel data.
      The Connection Statistics screen displays the active tunnel network, IP address, gateway, protocol, and traffic counters. Statistics refresh every 5 seconds and reset when you reconnect. The Connection Statistics option is only available when the tunnel is connected.
    5. Under TROUBLESHOOTING, tap Share Logs to export logs and send them to your IT administrator if you experience connectivity issues.
    6. Tap the back arrow to dismiss the Settings page.
