Use this command to get the status of the troubleshooting command initiated from the controller. It lists all session requests with their status, output file, file size, and timestamp.

  • After running a techsupport or troubleshooting command, to confirm the request completed successfully and no errors occurred.
  • To retrieve the output file name and size before downloading or transferring the support bundle to TAC or an external system.
  • To audit the status and timestamps of recent troubleshooting sessions across a maintenance window or incident timeline.
  • To look up the Request ID needed to reference a specific session when filing a support case or correlating logs.

Output Fields

  • Request ID: The unique numeric identifier assigned to the troubleshooting session request.
