Insights alerts you when something is not
right in your Prisma Access environment. Alerts details describe
the issue, give you context, and guide you to a resolution. Alerts
also let you know if there’s an issue impacting the Prisma Access
cloud infrastructure, so that you’re aware as the Prisma Access
team works on a fix.
Insights enables you to set up alert
notifications, so that you can receive alerts directly in your email
Alerts are resolved only when the issue that triggered
the alert is fixed; you cannot manually resolve alerts. Users subscribed
to alert notifications receive a notifications receive a notification
both when Insights first detects an issue and when it is resolved.
