Get Started with Prisma Access Insights

Get started with Prisma Access (Managed by Strata Cloud Manager) or Panorama Managed Prisma Access Insights.
If you are a new Prisma Access (Managed by Strata Cloud Manager) customer as of August 2022 or an existing Prisma Access (Cloud Management) customer who has received information about the transition of your Prisma Access tenant to the Prisma SASE Platform, use Identity & Access to manage user access, roles, and service accounts.
If you are an existing Prisma Access (Managed by Strata Cloud Manager) customer who has received information about the transition of your Prisma Access tenant to the Prisma SASE Platform, you will no longer see a Prisma Access app tile on the hub after your Prisma Access instance is transitioned to a tenant. However, there is a button on the hub to navigate to sase.paloaltonetworks.com. You can access your products from the platform.
If you’re using Panorama to manage Prisma Access (Managed by Strata Cloud Manager), you can log in to the hub:
  • Use the credentials associated with your Palo Alto Networks support account to log in to the hub.
  • Confirm that you—and any other users you’d like to access Prisma Access or receive alerts—have the hub role required to access the app. If you are not able to log in to the app, it might be because you are not assigned one of the hub roles that would grant you access.
Insights is supported as part of Prisma SASE FedRAMP High “In Process” certification. Activity is supported as part of Prisma SASE FedRAMP High “In Process” certification.
