Prisma Access Locations

This dashboard gives you an overview of the health of all your Prisma Access locations for your remote networks and mobile users.
The
Prisma Access Locations
tabular list shows all the onboarded Prisma Access locations with Remote Networks or Mobile Users or both. You can export this list to a CSV format file for reporting purposes.
This dashboard contains the following widgets:

Prisma Access Locations Status for Remote Networks

The graph in this widget shows you the status of all your remote networks. It is color coded to represent the number of networks that are up, down, or have warnings that need your attention. The bar graph shows the top five Prisma Access locations for remote networks based on the total bandwidth consumed during the selected
Time Range
.

Prisma Access Locations Status for Mobile Users

This widget shows the status of all the GlobalProtect locations that the mobile users connect to. The ring chart represents the Prisma Access locations for those gateways. Hover over it to see the number of locations that are fully functional, down, or have warnings that need your attention. The bar graph shows the top five locations with the total number of unique user login count during the selected
Time Range
.
If you select
GlobalProtect
in
Connect Method
, you see only the widget for Mobile Users connecting to Prisma Access using GlobalProtect. If you select
Explicit Proxy
, you see only the widget for Mobile Users using Explicit Proxy. If you select both
GlobalProtect
and
Explicit Proxy
(All), you see widgets for both users.

Prisma Access Locations Status for Service Connections

Prisma Access Locations

View the Prisma Access Location status in real-time - the number of connected Remote Network sites, connected Service Connection sites, and unique users logged in to Prisma Access in real-time.
The Prisma Access Insights user interface displays up to ten thousand records in a table. If you have more than ten thousand records, you can view them by exporting the table into a CSV format by clicking
Export CSV
. Any filters that you might have applied to the data in the table will also be applied to the data that is being exported to the CSV format.
The
Location Status for GP Mobile Users
and the
Location Status for EP Mobile Users
are displayed depending upon your
Connect Method
selection. The image below shows you the table when both
GlobalProtect
and
Explicit Proxy
are selected in
Connect Method
. The
Users Logged In
column displays an aggregation of both explicit proxy and GlobalProtect connected users. Within a specific location, if a user logs in from multiple hosts, the user is counted as a single user, but if any user logs in from two different Prisma Access locations by disconnecting from one and logging in from another within the time period, the user is counted as two users.
