where AutoNegotiate was not disabled when the interface Link Speed/Duplex
was hardcoded. The issue is resolved in the ION device build version 5.5.1-b7.

not cleared properly.
Resolved an issue where change in NAT IP pool
does not reset the connection.
Resolved an issue with intermittent connectivity
for service links when CPU utilization was high.
