The Prisma Access for Networks (managed by Panorama ) CloudBlade enables you to automatically configure the Prisma SD-WAN controller, Prisma SD-WAN ION devices, Panorama, and Prisma Access by simply entering Tags in the appropriate Prisma SD-WAN objects.

Prepare Panorama for Integration

Before configuring Prisma SD-WAN to integrate with Prisma Access for Networks (managed by Panorama), ensure that the following requirements are met.
Verify that Panorama is running a supported version of PAN OS.
  1. PAN-OS 9.1.4 or a later PAN-OS 9.1 version.
  2. PAN-OS 10.0.3 or a later PAN-OS 10.0 version.
  3. PAN-OS 10.1.7 and 10.1.8 versions.
  4. PAN-OS 10.2.3-H2

Generate Panorama Authorization Key for Prisma SD-WAN Integration

  1. Log in to the Panorama console that manages Prisma Access with administrator privileges, then enter /api at the end of the URL. The URL changes to the XML API browser interface.
  2. Click Operational Commands and navigate to the following XML Path Language (XPath) nodes in the XML tree: <request><plugins><cloud_services><prisma-access><generate-sdwan-authorization><secret></secret></generate-sdwan-authorization></prisma-access></cloud_services></plugins></request>.
  3. Enter the XML value <entry></entry> as shown below and input the required Panorama Authorization Key in the XML area. For example, <entry name=”ENTER_SECRET_HERE”></entry>.
  4. Click Submit to process the XML request.
    Prisma Access returns the confirmation response in XML format.
