Media Charts
View Media Activity Charts
The Media activity chart for an application
displays the following charts:
Audio and Video Bandwidth
Audio and video bandwidth chart provides information on the bandwidth
used for a specific application in both the ingress and egress direction.
Summary provides both ingress and egress bandwidth consumption on
a per-path basis for a given site and application.
Audio and Video Jitter
Audio and video jitter chart provides information on the jitter
latency for a specific application in both the ingress and egress
direction.
Audio and Video Packet Loss
Audio and video packet loss chart provides information on the
total amount of packet loss for a specific application in both the
ingress and egress direction.
When the packet loss is higher than 3% per app threshold,
it results in the degradation of the voice quality and the MOS score
immediately reflects the same.
Audio MOS Score
Audio MOS Score chart provides information on the mean opinion
score for a specific application in both the ingress and egress
direction. This is derived from packet loss and jitter on a scale
of 1 to 5; when the score falls below 4, audio quality suffers.
