    Learn how to use filter options on
    Data Security
     to investigate data violations.
    This feature is not applicable for the Cloud Management Console.
    Filters help you efficiently assess data violations. Use the filters provided to view the information from different vantage points; for example, you can search by
    User
     to see all the violations for a particular asset owner. Data violations are available for supported SaaS apps.

      Data Violations

    2. Select your desired filter options.
      Filter
      Description
      Message
      Search to investigate messages by full name of
      User
      ..
      Resolution Type
      Status of the data violation.
      Violation Type
      Data profile that detected the data violation.
      From
       /
      To
      Timeframe or specific date on which the data violation was discovered.
