When quarantine support is
available for a given cloud app, SaaS Security API rarely encounters
issues that prevent it from quarantining an asset. In the event
that SaaS Security API is unable to quarantine an asset, the SaaS
Security API web interface displays such failures. Simply move your
cursor over the quarantine status in
question to display a summary explanation of the quarantine failure.
