The
Prisma™ SASE Multitenant Cloud Management Platform
enables you to remove user access from the platform, as well as from the Prisma Access tenants that you created.
You remove a user from
Common Services
Identity & Access/Access Management
.
If the tenant has only one user, that user’s access cannot be removed from the tenant.
If you integrate with a third party IDP for your enterprise, you cannot remove user access directly through the platform itself.
  1. Go to the hub and log in.
  2. Select
    SASE Portal
    .
  3. Select
    Multitenant Portal
    .
  4. Select
    Identity & Access/Access Management
    .
  5. Select the tenant for which you want to remove user access.
  6. Select one or more users whose access you want to remove.
  7. Select
    Remove
    .
  8. When prompted,
    Remove
    the user’s access from the selected tenant.
