Tenant Hierarchy Limits

Understand limits in the
Prisma™ SASE Multitenant Cloud Management Platform
Your multitenant hierarchy has limits for its size and depth. These limits exist for performance and security purposes.
The tenant hierarchy is comprised of one or more trees of tenant service groups (TSGs). Each tree has a root TSG. A TSG is a logical container that can contain child TSGs, as well as licensed SASE tenants.
Hierarchy depth
Identifies the maximum depth for any given hierarchy tree, starting at depth 1 for the root TSG.
Child TSGs
Identifies the total number of immediate children permitted for any TSG in the hierarchy. This limit applies only to immediate children of the TSG. It does
apply to all descendents (grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and so on) of the TSG.
Unused root TSGs
Identifies how many unused root TSGs can exist in your
Prisma™ SASE Multitenant Cloud Management Platform
. A TSG is unused if it has no child TSGs or SASE tenants.
Total TSGs
Identifies the maximum number of TSGs allowed in your
Prisma SASE Multitenant Cloud Management Platform
, across all hierarchy trees.
