Onboarding Flow for the
Prisma SASE Multitenant Cloud Management Platform

Learn how to set up and activate your tenants and licenses through the
Prisma SASE Multitenant Cloud Management Platform
.
After you receive an email from Palo Alto Networks identifying the license you are activating, including all your add-ons and capacities,
Get Started with Prisma SASE
to begin the activation process. The service will help you with the process of claiming your license, creating your tenant, and managing your users.
Select
Get Started with Prisma SASE
in your email and then complete the following tasks.
  1. Provide your work email address
    ,
    Create your password
    , and
    Continue
    .
The service uses this email address for the user account assigned to the tenant that you use for this license. This tenant, and any others created by this email address, will have the
    MSP Superuser
    role.
    • If you have a Palo Alto Networks Customer Support account, then enter the email address you used when you registered for that account.
    • If you do not have a Palo Alto Networks Customer Support account, then
      Create a New Account
      .
  2. Select your products to highlight them for activation, then
    MSP Cloud Management
    .
    For unsupported add-on activation,
    MSP Cloud Management
    will be disabled.
    Do not select
    Start Activation
if you want to activate products through the
Prisma SASE Multitenant Cloud Management Platform

    Common Services
    Subscription & Add-ons
    , where you
    Claim
    the subscription for your product.
  4. Choose the
    Customer Support account
number that you want to use to claim the license.
  5. Create New
tenant and specify the name of the
    Parent Tenant
that you want to use for this license. This is not necessarily the actual tenant you will use when allocating this license but is, instead, the top-most, root-level name of the parent tenant service group under which you will create the child tenant and allocate the license.
  6. Claim and continue
    .
  7. You are automatically directed to
    Tenant Management
to the parent tenant where the license was claimed.
