Domain Support for RDP Applications in Privileged Remote Access

Adds support for configuring a domain when creating RDP applications in PRA, enabling centralized domain management and a simplified user login experience.
Privileged Remote Access now supports centralized domain configuration for RDP applications. This enhancement allows administrators to configure and manage domain information independently as part of the application setup. By decoupling the domain from user credentials, it ensures that domain details are maintained centrally without being exposed to end users. This improves security, reduces administrative overhead, and provides a more streamlined and consistent login experience for users.
You can now configure a domain when adding RDP applications that your users access from the Privileged Remote Access (PRA) portal. A new Domain field is available in the application configuration forms for the following workflows:
  • Strata Cloud Manager: ConfigurationPrivileged Remote Access ApplicationsAdd Application.
  • PRA Portal: PRA PortalAdd App.
