Private and Public Web Application Access for Secure Agentless Access

You can enable secure, agentless access to private web applications for your unmanaged users, simplifying onboarding and enhancing enterprise security with browser-based access.
This feature is being rolled out in phases. During this transition period, some customers will have access to this feature, while others will gain access beginning May 2026.
Many organizations need to provide secure access to private and public web/SaaS applications for their unmanaged workforce (contractors, partners, BYOD users) without requiring endpoint agents or complex setups. Private web app and SaaS Application Access for Secure Agentless Access solves this by enabling browser-based access to these resources. Supported apps include Private Web Apps (HTTP/HTTPS), SaaS Apps, RDP, SSH, and VNC.
You can configure access to a private or public web application by selecting the appropriate application type when you are defining a new application. This is the SCM admin view:
You can access the private or public web application by directly using the application URL or by clicking on the application tile in the Secure Agentless Access portal. This is the end-user view:
