To reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR), ADEM provides an
Endpoint Experience unified workspace to
monitor and troubleshoot user experience trends across global work locations. This
unified view streamlines your workflow by consolidating performance data into a
single interface, making it easier to pinpoint the root cause of user experience
trends within Strata Cloud Manager. This view replaces the previous user list view
under
Insights > Activity Insights > Users. This new view is specifically
tailored to provide a dedicated view of endpoint experiences for all users monitored
by ADEM.
Use this feature to quickly filter and isolate performance trends across
diverse work locations, such as home or office environments, while monitoring
essential metrics like end-to-end experience scores and local network health. These
capabilities empower you to move beyond individual user-level troubleshooting to a
more efficient, aggregate analysis of your network health.
