The Recommended Actions widgets in Command Center provides you with actionable recommendations to improve your overall security posture and infrastructure performance. This feature analyzes your environment against Palo Alto Networks defined best practices and presents prioritized recommendations based on severity and impact scope.

In the Threats Command Center view, you can evaluate the top five Security Best Practice recommendations, such as updating security rules with overly permissive configurations or attaching proper decryption profiles to rules. Similarly, in the Operational Health Command Center view, you can access device and infrastructure recommendations like configuring HA1 backup or enabling session synchronization for HA2 links. When you select a recommendation, you are directed to the Incident list view filtered by the specific Best Practice Assessment check, where you can take action by implementing configuration changes or configuring exceptions when appropriate.
