Palo Alto Networks® introduces Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM) Universal agents to expand deployment capability and network visibility. Previously, ADEM agents were restricted to environments utilizing Prisma® SD-WAN or Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) SD-WAN. To provide a truly unified monitoring experience, ADEM agents now offer expanded support to all branch locations that use non Palo Alto Networks®' SD-WAN solutions.

The Universal Agents solve these challenges and enable seamless deployment across a wider array of hardware. These agents install directly behind SD-WAN devices that support containers. This capability allows organizations to maintain consistent digital experience insight across their entire network without dependence on specific Palo Alto Networks® SD WAN platforms. The agents perform synthetic tests from branch offices to provide critical data on network performance and user experience, regardless of the underlying infrastructure.
