Where do I Find my Existing
AIOps for NGFW
Instances?

Describes where to find the existing AIOps instances after migration.
Palo Alto Networks will manage the migration of existing
AIOps for NGFW
instances in the support account view to the tenant view. In the simplest form, this means bringing your support account instances that are not TSG aware and converting them to tenant view instances that are TSG aware. Along with the
AIOps for NGFW
instances, all your dependencies such as Cortex Data Lake (CDL) and Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) instances also get migrated. If there is a dependent product such as the IoT service that does not yet support the TSG,
AIOps for NGFW
and its associated applications will not migrate until the dependent applications are tenant aware.
The migration process will be performed by our engineering teams and you will not see any impact on your infrastructure or services. After you have received information about completion of the migration of your
AIOps for NGFW
instance to a tenant, you can access it through apps.paloaltonetworks.com/hub.
The existing
AIOps for NGFW
app instances will be migrated from the support account view to a tenant view. If you are viewing the support account, you can find your migrated
AIOps for NGFW
instances by toggling
View by Support Account
off.
For all existing customers, a default TSG is automatically created that is associated with your CSP ID. You only need to create a new TSG if your situation necessitates existence of multiple TSGs due to a need for special deployment considerations such as MSSPs and multi-geography deployments that you need to handle separately. That said, if you need to create a new TSG, you can do it from the hub. Generally, this is done at the time of activating a new application or service. AIOps for NGFW activation workflow allows you to create a new TSG when you are activating the app for the first time, or reuse an existing TSG, if no prior instance of the application exists in that existing TSG.
