The Cloud NGFW for Azure supports programmatic access to native resources.
Programmatic access to Azure native resources refers to interacting with and
managing Azure services and resources through code, scripts, or automation tools rather
than manually using the Azure portal. This allows developers and administrators to
automate tasks, integrate Azure services into applications, and manage infrastructure
efficiently.
Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW is a native
Azure ISV service. It integrates with the
Azure Resource Manager framework to provide a
native Azure experience. This integration allows you to use the Azure native portal,
Azure CLI, Azure SDK, and Azure Powershell to deploy and manage Cloud NGFW resources.
You can also use Azure native Infrastructure-as-code tools, such as
ARM templates Bicep and the third-party Azure
Terraform provider, to deploy Cloud NGFW
resources and other Azure native resources in your environment.
