View Traffic and Threat Logs in Strata Cloud Manager

On Strata Cloud Manager (SCM), you can instantly access a filtered log view in the Strata Logging Service (SLS) for your Cloud NGFW resource.

On Strata Cloud Manager (SCM), you can instantly access a filtered log view in the Strata Logging Service (SLS) for your Cloud NGFW resource.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:
  • A Cloud NGFW for Azure resource successfully deployed and onboarded to Strata Cloud Manager.
View Cloud NGFW logs in Strata Cloud Manager
Following are the steps to view traffic and threat logs for your Cloud NGFW resource:
  1. Log in to the Strata Cloud Manager.
  2. In the left navigation pane System Settings, go to Inventory > Strata Logging Service. Logs can also be viewed in Log Viewer section.
  3. Select the Cloud NGFW tab.
    This will display a list of all your provisioned Cloud NGFW resources.
  4. In the list, locate the specific Cloud NGFW resource for which you want to view logs.
  5. In the View Logs column for the corresponding row, click View Logs.
    You will be redirected to the Log Viewerpage.
    The log query interface will load with a pre-populated filter, displaying only the Traffic and Threat logs from the Cloud NGFW resource you selected. You can now begin analyzing the logs.
    By default, the Strata Logging Service displays logs from the past 24 hours. To view historical logs, use the time range selector located in the top-right corner of the page. Choose a predefined period like Past 7 days or set a custom date and time range to refine your search.
