Retrieving Past Notifications
The notifications sent to users are stored
for 3 hours as long as the users do not either clear their notifications
or click on the notification to open the Application
Experience UI. After 3 hours stored notifications gets
automatically deleted.
To view past notifications:
On Windows:
Open the Windows Action Center by clicking
its icon in your task bar. Alternatively, open the Action Center
by pressing the Windows logo key + A on your keyboard. The
Manage Notifications pane opens with the Self-Serve notifications
displayed under GlobalProtectAutonomousDEM heading.
On Macintosh:
Open the Notification Center by clicking
its icon on your menu bar or by clicking the date and time from
the menu bar.
