Fixed an issue where the Terminal Server (TS) agent continued to count source ports as allocated after their connections closed, so the agent reported a higher port count than the number of ports actually in use. This occurred when applications and sessions released ports that the agent did not free. With this fix, the TS agent frees ports when their connections close and reports an accurate allocated-port count.
