Data-Management Plane Health Heartbeat
Tests the inter-process heartbeat packet path between the control plane (CP) and dataplane processes to verify that inter-plane communication is healthy and responsive. Tests the inter-process heartbeat packet path for dataplane process slot dp0, verifying that the packet forwarding pipeline between dataplane instances is healthy. Reports the pass/fail result of the most recently executed packet-path-test, indicating the health of each tested inter-process communication path on the dataplane.
