Download the Prisma Access Agent Package
You can download the Prisma Access Agent package for deployment
to mobile endpoints.

After you set up the infrastructure and configured the agent, download
the Prisma Access Agent package so that you can deploy it to your mobile users'
endpoints using third-party mobile device management (MDM) software.
In addition, ensure that you download the configuration file. Your
agent configurations, along with the Prisma Access tenant ID and the server URL for
the service that manages Prisma Access Agents, are saved to the Prisma Access Agent
configuration file and will be deployed to your endpoints for use during agent
installation.
- Download the Prisma Access Agent package and configuration file.
- From Strata Cloud Manager, select .
- Click Download Agent.
- Click the down arrow next to configuration file and the agent that you want to download.
- After you download the package, Close the download dialog. The agent package is saved to the download location on your computer.
- (Optional) If needed, modify the Prisma Access Agent deployment configuration to update the Prisma Access tenant ID, server URL, or to enable or disable the remote shell feature.The changes you make will override the default value for the tenant ID, and the configured values for the server URL and Remote Shell settings.
