If you need assistance with using the
Prisma Access Agent, you can view a
website with information about the agent. By default, the support resources link
goes to the
Prisma Access Agent documentation. Your
administrator, however, can configure the help resources link to direct you to
another website, such as an internal help website.
If your administrator configured your device with the
Access Experience app, you can open the
Access Experience app to review any suggested remediation for the issue.
(Not supported on
Prisma Access Agent Linux) (Prisma Access Agent version 25.4) The Access Experience
icon is integrated directly into the Prisma Access Agent app to give you convenient
access to potential solutions to your issues, such as device health and connectivity
issues. You will not see a separate Access Experience icon in the Windows taskbar or
macOS menu bar.
You can get help for the Prisma Access Agent using one of the following
methods:
