    Switch to a Different Project on iOS

    Switch to a different project on your iOS device to access the network and organizational resources defined for that project.

    If you are assigned to multiple projects, you can switch to a different project to access the network and resources associated with that project. When you switch projects, Prisma Agent disconnects from your current project and reconnects to the newly selected project. Your network configuration, including DNS settings and traffic routing, updates automatically to match the new project.
    If the project you want to switch to is on a different server, you must log out and log back in with the new server address and project name.
    1. Open the Prisma Agent app.
    2. Tap the Settings icon to open the settings page.
    3. Under YOUR INFORMATION, tap the project name to select a different project.
    4. Select the name of the project you want to connect to and tap Continue.
      You must be assigned to the project you want to switch to. Contact your administrator if the project name is not available to you.
    5. Authenticate with your organization credentials when the SAML authentication page opens.
      After authentication, Prisma Agent disconnects from your current project and connects to the new project automatically. Your settings page updates to show the new project name under YOUR INFORMATION.
